• All the health and fitness benefits in a package that minimizes your time commitment. You’ll be in and out in 30 minutes, once or twice a week depending on your schedule…and yes, that’s enough.
• We use free weights and machine weights to create an incredibly productive exercise environment using minimal workout time and minimal frequency, while being far safer than traditional workout programs.
• Our workout style is generally manageable for people with existing aches and pains and can even be therapeutic.
